Story 1

BURANGRANG

We have trouble, our way to the top of the mountain was blocked by a big tree that was falling down.

Bandung is in rainy season that day, pams still struggling with code project in his company, his project leader don’t wanna know about pams minds, that was feel so stressed out, he wants to go out, find some fresh air or just escaping himself to the lush forest.

SPV: Pams! Finish that project soon! We are on deadline now!

Pams: Yes sir, I’m trying.. there’s so many errors on our project

SPV: I don’t wanna know, we just have 1 weeks left to finish this project!.

He try to contact his old friend in his school while he laying down on his bed, full day in front of monitors make him feel so tired.

Pams: P, Ceel, how are you?

Aceel: Oi Pams, I’m fine thanks, how about you?

Pams: I’m feel so tired, I went go to Burangrang Next week, would you join me?

Aceel: Wait a moment, let me see my schedule..

Aceel: Ok pams, I’m in

Pams: Nice Ceel, I will Contact you again later.

Besides contact Aceel to join, Pams Contact his another 3 friends, JB, Mats, and Jons. They are all agree to join Pams go to burangrang Next Week. Because of Pams knows next week he went go to Burangrang, he become more spirited doing his project, who knows pams finish his project 2 days before the deadline.

In short, all of his friends already gathered on Pams house, Repacking their backpack, inserting the tent, the hammock, the mattress and many more camping tools that divide to each of them.

Jons : which way we wanna go,legok haji or Lawag angina?

Pams : I think  we will take legok haji’s

Mats : some people say that way is more dangerous,lawang angin

Jb : I heard it too,my friend told me story like that

Pams : yes I know,but it will be more challenging

Mats : are you sure?

Pams : yes,i’m sure

On 7am,rain start to fall,while pams team start begins tracking.in the first pos they decide to take rest ,because the rain become heavy and the thunder start to blow up more often.They start open flysheet for take shelter and eat any food. After the rain stopped, they prepared to start the climb, when on a trip, rain fell again, but not heavy.

they still do tracking with the clothes they wear feel wet. In the third pos, great rain again, along with lightning that often snatches trees, lightning struck the tree which was about 10 meters in front of them, they also felt shock and panic that struck. They re-open the flysheet that will be used to shelter while waiting for the rain to stop the tree that had just been struck by lightning began to collapse, they momentarily calmed the mind. And in the end they decided not to continue tracking to the top of the mountain, and chose to camp there because of unfavorable weather. the tent was immediately built by Pams, JB, Mats, and Jons, after the tent was built, they immediately went in and took shelter, and will return home the next day

 

Story 2

CAMPING

One day, alisa and her friends are planning to camp the day after tomorrow. Everything prepared everything possible for the program to go smoothly. Someone's setting up the arrangements, someone's preparing the groceries, etc.

When the day of camp came, they were overjoyed. They finally relax. They set out on their camping trip.

Suddenly, it rained very hard. They protect each other. Some find shelter under a tree, some protect themselves in trench coats.

After the rain stopped, they would set up their tents and cook. At exactly 3 PM everything is ready. They had also changed into the wet clothes, they were eating under the trees, talking and some singing while playing the guitar.

Despite the rain, they carried out the program with great happiness. And it's going to be a very nice camp.

 

Story 3

SANGKURIANG

In ancient times, the land of Parahyangan was controlled by the king and queen who had children named Dayang Sumbi. Dayang Sumbi was a spoiled child and when one day, she was spinning threads and kept spinning until she was angry and swore to anyone as long as a man wanted to take the spinning he would accept it as her husband. When he was finished, he took an oath, and then came a male dog named Tumang, handing a spin to Dayang Sumbi's hand.

Because of his oath, he married Tumang a magic dog. They also lived happily and were blessed with a human tangible child named Sangkuriang. Sangkuriang has magical powers like his father and he only knows Tumang as a loyal dog. One day Sangkuriang and Tumang hunted into the forest, when Sangkuriang ordered Tumang to catch his prey but Tumang did not want to, so Sangkuriang was upset and slaughtered him. At home he cooked the Tumang's meat and ate with his mother. After his mother found out, Dayang Sumbi was very angry and hit Sangkuriang's forehead with a shell spoon.

Dayang Sumbi was expelled from the kingdom because of his actions, and Sangkuriang traveled to the outside world to find out the situation there. One day he accidentally returned to his homeland and he met a beautiful woman and he wanted to marry a woman who was none other than his mother, but he did not know it yet. As he approached his wedding day, Sangkuriang asked his fiancé's permission to hunt, when Dayang Sumbi smoothed Sangkuriang's hair he saw a scar on his forehead and immediately realized that he was about to marry his own child.

Then Dayang Sumbi gave a condition that could not be solved by Sangkuriang, that is, making a dam that could cover the entire hill and making a boat to go along the dam. All of that must be finished before tomorrow morning. Sangkuriang agreed, he also used magical powers to summon the jinn to help him make the conditions given, when it was almost finished, Dayang Sumbi looked from afar and he was worried that if Sangkuriang was able, he would ask the help of the villagers to make things go morning. The jinn left because it was already morning, knowing that Sangkuriang was angry and cursed at Dayang Sumbi and kicked the boat, breaking the dam.

Story 4

LAYLA

In the desert there was a beautiful woman and she was of the noble line of a village and she was the daughter of this nobleman called layla and she had a very handsome figure and in one of the villages there was a man who was quite handsome but not of noble birth like the woman before. And he is a man of the village's ordinary blood. And then, after a long time, I saw layla and this guy, qois, and they fell in love. Then, because they loved him so much that they met in the desert to hide and meet him because layla's parents forbade him because a man was not of noble birth like himself and layla's parents would say that this qois was a one level layla. Then her father forbade laila and qais to meet and then after a long time no see. they planned to meet again and exchange newspaper with her and after that meeting laila herself caught up with him and locked him up in the palace to never see him again and after a long time locked up in the palace and choice couldn't see laila again so she made romantic poetry to layla like a homesick poet Of her lover. And after a long time she made them and she missed them even more

 

Story 5

ANT AND GRASSHOPPER

In a field one summer’s day a Grasshopper was hopping about, chirping and singing to its heart’s content. An Ant passed by, bearing along with great effort an ear of corn he was taking to the nest.

 “Why not come and chat with me,” said the Grasshopper, “instead of toiling and moiling away?” “I am helping to lay up food for the winter,” said the Ant, “and recommend you to do the same.” “Why bother about winter?” said the Grasshopper; “we have got plenty of food at present.”

But the Ant went on its way and continued its toil. When the winter came the Grasshopper found itself dying of hunger, while it saw the ants distributing, every day, corn and grain from the stores they had collected in the summer.

 

Story 6

DIJE

My name is Dije. I am the third daughter of 5 siblings, my mother, a laborer and a single parent. In my life I have the principle of living a destined life. Give thanks and try your best. My daily life besides school helps my mother at home.

I live in a complex not far from some of my friends named Putri. Not much different from just that he still has a perfect father and mother of course. But we feel his life is the same. Must fight for a better future because it comes from families who are not rich.

Unwittingly boredom comes when there is ease, for some reason we are tempted without thinking long to skip classes and play to the beach with other friends dian, Retno and Fitri. When the class is empty and confused looking for what kind of pleasure. Finally the choice fell to the beach.

We were caught by the teacher because there was no class at the end of the day. Inevitably it must be lived and accepted the penalty that is subject to SP and the summon of each parent feels guilty for the incident. But they should have believed we were just playing no more or less.

Just looking for fun enjoying the beach without doing anything else and strange. What may make us all out in anger all day by both parents. Especially the princess and me, to the point that I was accused as the culprit of inviting the princess to skip class. Had drifted apart friendship because of parents but beyond that we are still friends.

At this time, thank God, friendship remains established even though obstacles come tempting. But that's what friends in any of us together prove that friends have nothing to do with the behavior of anyone friends will not affect us personally and ourselves.

Story 7

VERY FUSSY

Once there was a man who was very fussy about food. One day, he felt like having some seafood and went to a restaurant and ordered some oysters.

The man said to the waiter, “Please check that oysters are neither too large nor too small, neither too salty not too fried, neither too fat, nor too thin.”

At this the waiter said, “Do you want them with or without pearls?”

The man realized that the waiter was taunting him and understood that one should not be so much fussy about things.

 

Story 8

BOY WITH A RIVER

Once a young boy went for a bath to a river. Unfortunately, he went beyond his depth and water lifted him off his feet. Feeling that he was about to drown, he started shouting for help.

A man was passing along the road just close by. He heard the shouts of the boy and rushed to the river-bank. He saw the boy in danger. Instead of saving him, the man started scolding him, “Why are you crying now? You are paying for your carelessness.”

The boy cried, “Sir! Please, save me first otherwise I shall be drowned. You can scold me later on.”

But the man was not wise enough to follow the point. He went on with his rebukes and the strong current carried the poor boy away.

 

Story 9

A FOX

One aftemoon a fox was walking through the forest and spotted a bunch of grapes hanging from over a lony branch. ‘Just the thing to quench my thirst,” quoted the fox.

Taking a few steps back. the fox jumped and just missed the hanging grapes. Again the fox took a few paces back and tn’ed to reach them but still failed.

Finally, giving up, the fox turned up his nose and said, “They’re probably sour anyway,‘ and proceeded to walk away.

Story 10

COW AND LION

There was a village near a jungle. The village cows used to go up to the jungle in search of food.

In the forest there lived a wicked lion. He used to kill a cow now and then and eat her. This was happening for quite sometime. The cows were frightened.

One day, all the cows held a meeting. An old cow said, “Listen everybody, the lion eats one of us only because we go into the jungle separately. From now on we will all be together”.

From then on all the cows went into the jungle in a herd. When they heard or saw the lion all of them unitedly moo and chased him away.
